Executive Operations
The Executive Operations division is comprised of the following units:
- Engineering and Construction
- Georgia Correctional Industries
- Information Technology

- Legislative Affairs

- Professional Standards
- Public Affairs
- Special Projects
The Office of Professional Standards, Legal Services, Public Affairs and Office of Professional Development report directly to the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Corrections. In addition, the Legislative Liaison reports directly to the Commissioner.
The Chief of Staff oversees the daily operations of Engineering and Construction Services, Georgia Correctional Industries, Special Projects and the Office of Information Technology.
