The Sergeant confiscated a small bundle of what appeared to be methamphetamine wrapped in plastic and black electrical tape from the offender. Visitor Moon consented to a search of her person, and four additional packages of contraband were discovered. Three of the packages contained what appeared to be tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) and one package appeared to be tobacco. All packages were wrapped in plastic and black electrical tape. Visitor Moon was placed under arrest by Dooly County Sheriff's Office.
