CONSTRUCTED: 1980 for Males. Re-missioned for women in 1992.  Closed in 2011.
RENOVATED: Construction began in January 2017.  Reopened May 2018 as a reentry facility for males.

SECURITY LEVEL:  Minimum and Medium Security HOUSING UNITS: H, J and K - 2 and 4 man cells VISITATION DAYS/HOURS:  Saturday, Sundays & HOLIDAYS  9:00am - 3:00pm

MISSION: To provide a secure environment, in collaboration with community stakeholder, that will offer essential services to returning citizens nearing release into the Metropolitan Atlanta community.

WORK DETAILS: Woodworking, Welding (Metal Fabrication), Food Services, Educational & Library Aides, Maintenance, Dog Program, Inside Grounds, and Barbershop.

PROGRAMS: Moral Reconation Therapy, Motivation for Change, Thinking for a Change, Re-entry, Parenting, Relapse Prevention & Career Center. All staff are trained in evidence based Risk Reduction Services programs, Mental Health, New Freedom curriculum and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People which will enable all staff members to be a part of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Religious Activities:  Various Workshop Services, Bible Study & Pastoral Counseling.

Academic: General Equivalency Diploma, Adult Basic Education & Literacy.
