Human Trafficking Hotline Notice
A State law revision goes into effect on July 1, 2017, which requires State and Local government entities to post a notice containing human trafficking hotline information. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has developed a poster which can be used to meet this obligation.
The notice must be posted within government buildings with public access, specifically in every public restroom and in a conspicuous location either near the public entrance to the building or where similar notices for the public are customarily posted. Agencies/entities are also to include on their web homepage a link to the GBI poster.

The GBI model notice is also available on the DOAS Human Resources Administration’s Workplace Posters Toolkit webpage in the “State Posters” section.
