Contraband Arrests at Calhoun State Prison
On September 5 at Calhoun State Prison, a traffic stop was conducted near the facility. Civilians Jarosky Hall and Jamar Anderson stated that they dropped off Civilian Dontravious Sanders near the facility. A search found bottles of contraband with unknown contents. Hall, Anderson, and Sanders were all arrested and transported to the Calhoun County Jail.
On September 5 at Calhoun State Prison, an individual was seen on facility grounds. A search of the grounds led to a traffic stop near the facility. Civilian Devante Young stated that he dropped off Civilian Victor Sater near the facility to introduce contraband. Young was arrested and transported to Calhoun County Jail.
On September 4 at Calhoun State Prison, Civilian Shawn Riley arrived at the facility to pick up Civilian Torean Jordan after attending visitation. Upon departure of the facility, a traffic stop was conducted where Civilian Riley consented to a vehicle search. Firearms were recovered from the vehicle. Civilian Riley was arrested and transported to Calhoun County Jail.
