On October 24, an investigator conducted an interview with Food Service staff member Eric Mincey regarding a contraband cell phone confiscated from an inmate at Montgomery State Prison. During the interview, Mincey admitted to bringing the contraband cell phone to the inmate for the sum of $1,000.
